Encounters in St. James Park

It's been while since my last post. I've been busy with being sick, my surprise holiday to Italy and with a stress to find a new room to rent. But I'm back here now.

So much has happened, let's start from this, one month ago my landlady told me that it's my time to move out from here since they need the entire apartment. I started room hunting and I've been feeling so desperate, it is getting so expensive here. It is really difficult to find a decent room with less than £600 and usually on top of that there are bills to pay, which is way over my budget but the most important thing is that I have found new room where I'm about to move at the end of this week or beginning of the next week. So now I just need to pack everything and when I get the keys I need to move everything from here to there and probably lots of stuff will be thrown away, spring cleaning.

Lets go back what I have been doing today, I did go to St. James Park, which I love. It is amazing place, all kind of animals birds, ducks, gooses and even pelicans! Which was quite a surprise for me, I wouldn't think I could see them here... I think there are lots of things still that makes me surprised about England.

Sirmione & Villaggio di Borghetto

10 days goes way too fast, especially when you're on a holiday. Once again I'm back in London and back to work. I miss Italy already, hoping to get there again soon!
My last entire day in Italy, we were on to go from morning till evening. Literally we slept all the time for the 8 days and we did go around on the last day. We woke up at 5 in the morning and I was hoping to see the sunrise, but with my luck it was really snowy on that morning so I had to forget the sunrise, but we still did go to Sirmione, which I'm really happy because it is really beautiful place

After Sirmione we headed to Borghetto, which is small village not too far away from Peschiera, well lets say maybe about half an hour away. Borghetto is really worth of seeing, it doesn't need too much time to spend, like I said it is really small village. I would go there another time too. Unfotunately this time we went there on Monday and nearly everything was closed there, so we didn't have chance to taste tortellini in there

I'd love to visit more places like this, in Italy or other countries, which places would be worth of visiting?

Peschiera del Garda

First day of the year and we spent it relaxed. After waking up after midday and having a breakfast in McDonald's we had a walk around Peschiera del Garda by another part of the lake. We also went to have a late lunch to La Plume, which is located just right in front of the lake Garda. Perfect place to have a relaxing afternoon.

Sunset by the lake is lovely, the colors that comes up and contrast the lake. One of the remaining mornings I definitely want to force myself to wake up early and to go to see sunrise and to have a fresh breakfast, cappuccino and fresh pastries

In the late afternoon we decided to finish the day really relaxed. We drove short way to small kind of spa, centro benessere, to enjoy of Italian saunas and swimming pool. This was a great way to start new year 2016

Wandering on the Streets of Verona

First day of Italy has passed already. When we came home we went to the center of Verona which was on the way, we went there for a lunch and coffee.

This was actually the first time that I had proper photos of Verona, since when I came here for the first time about one year ago, I even didn't take my camera with me, so I have only some not that great quality photos on my phone

I love all the small alleys, small boutiques and squares full of small kind of markets where you can find all kind of food and some useful things, but also they are selling lots of rubbish you don't need to even waste your money.

If you are interested about Italy, especially of Verona there is actually one really nice movie made several years ago, if you haven't seen yet, Letters to Juliet. In the movie you can see pretty well around Verona. Some of the places of the scenes are cleaned for the movie, but otherwise it is how everything actually is in Verona. In my opinion the movie is worth of watching, i really liked it
