Another GoodBye

Ja taas tuli aika sanoo moimoi yksille Converse pareille. Kulutettu täysin puhki, pienet reijät haitanny yhtää, mut kon kantapää meinaa läksiä kokonaa irti. Pitää siis mennä shoppailemaan... Jospa nui balleriinat ja ne kengät jotka ostin Italiasta menis vielä vähän aikaa, ettei ihan heti tarviis ostaa uusia

Once again it's time to say goodbye to one pair of Converse. They were awesome shoes, even with small holes, but now the sole is almost apart from rest of the shoe, so maybe I really need to go for shopping... Or I can try to survive with my other shoes for little longer, it's not autumn yet

Pieni Väripilkku

Tutukin Kodin ykkösen kodinhoito tuotteita, kon miulla on -30% alennus lipuke sinne. Löysin jotain aika kivaa vessaan. Kon se vessa on aika tumma. Tummaa ja valkosta, niin ajattelin että jotain pientä väriä ois ihan kiva saada. Ei mitää liian räväkkää sillain että se sopeutus sinne niiden muiden sävyjen kaa.

Löytö oli tämä: Vallila Suihkuverho Mascara. Se ois just täydellinen, ei liian värikäs, mut silti jotain pientä, mutta tosin toi hinta on aika kauhian korkia suihkuverholle. En siis vielä oo päättäny mitää, mutta se ois ihan kiva, eli menee ihan varmasti mietintälistalle! Saishan siitä miltein 15e alennusta sillä lipukkeella. Mutta erittäin kiva olis :)

I was exploring products of Kodin Ykkönen, I got a -30% discount ticket. I found something pretty nice for the bathroom. Because color of the bathroom are quite dark and then there's white, so one little color spot would be more than nice. Nothing too bright, but just a little more color, so it will find it's place there with other colors. 

I found this: Vallila Shoer Curtain Mascara. It would be perfect, not too bright, but still there's a bit colors. But the price is a little too high for a shower curtain. I haven't decided anything yet, but this would be nice, so definitely i will think about this! And I would get about 15e discount of it. Really nice spot for the bathroom :)

Il Siciliano

Tänään siis tuli vietettyy päivän maman kaa Helsingissä. Shoppailtiin pikkusen ja sitte käytiin syömässä Italialaisessa ravintolassa. Että ruoka voi olla niin hyvää ravintoloissa!

Alkupalaks otettiin Focaccia, valkosipulilla ja pestolla... toivottavasti huomenna ei haise valkosipuli kovin voimakkaasti, mut hyvää oli. Ja pääruaks päätin ottaa gnocchia! Sitä muuten tulee varmaa eniten ikävä kaikesta Italialaisesta ruoasta ja sitte tieteski tiramisua ja panna cottaa. Kunpa pääsis jo takasin Italiaan!

Ravintola sijaitsi Aleksanterin kadun varrella ja siitä ei ollu pitkä matka tuomiokirkolle, mie päätin että rupeen turistiks. Halusin ottaa kuvan siitä kirkosta. Ihan ensimmäinen kuva minkä oon koskaan ottanut just siitä kirkosta, kaikki, ainaki miltein kaikki aina ottaa siitä kuvan kon tulee ulkomailta Helsinkiin. Joten nyt on miullaki siitä kuva!

Today I spent my day with my mom in Helsinki. Shopping a bit and dinner at Italian restaurant. How good food can be at restaurants! 

For the antipasto we took focaccia with garlic and pesto.... hopefully the garlich wont stink tomorrow too much, but it was worth of it. And for the main dish I took gnocchi! This will be one of the foods I'm going to miss the most of Italian food and then of course tiramisu and panna cotta. I wish I could go back to Italy already! 

The restaurant located in Aleksanterinkatu,it wasn't so far away from cathedral and I decided to be a tourist. I wanted to take a photo of that cathedral. I never took a photo of it before and always all the foreign people who comes to Helsinki wants to see and take a photo of this. So now I have a photo of it too! 

Shopping Shopping SHOPPING!

Nyt on pakko myöntää, shoppailu tuntuu ihanalta! Kon ei oo pystyny niin hirveesti sitä tekemään näinä meinneinä kuukausina ja nyt kon menee kauppoihi sisään, huomaa että ei oikeen meinaa enää tulla tyhjin käsin kaupasta ulos.

Ja tosiaan, mie en ny niin hirveesti tykkää shoppailla. Käyn kaupoilla ja äkkiä kurkkasen jospa sieltä näkyis joku pilkistävä piste mikä vois olla kiinnostava ja jos sitä ei näy parin minuutin sisällä, en mie siellä kaupassa en enempää jaksa olla. Mut nyt on ollu vähä erillaista käytöstä... kiertelen ja joskus vielä kierrän uusiks, ettei vahingossaka jääny näkemäti.

Ehkä toisaan kannattaa pitää tällässia about puolen vuoden shoppailumattomuutta, paljon kivempi sit kon jaksaa oikeesti olla kaupoilla ja tuntuu et se on vähän niinkon jotain 'erikoisempaa'

Tänää käsiin tarttu, poskipuna KIKO'lta, Calvin Kleinin luomiväri, pipo (varaudun jos Suomessa on vielä kylmä ja viimestään sitte ens talvee varten), korvakorut ja sitten kon nyt otin kuvat noista niin sain viimein sen mokankin kuvaan.

Now I gotta admit, I love shopping! When you haven't been able to shop much in past months and now when I enter to a shop, I've noticed that I'm not coming out without bags. 

And I really don't like shopping much. I do go shops and I make a fast look, if I can see something what gets my attention in few minutes, if that won't happen, I'm not going to waste my time there any longer. But now it has been different... Im going around the shop slowly and make sure that I will see everything, I do the round even twice, I don't want to miss anything. 

Maybe I should do this more often, keep some strike of shopping, like about six months and then go back to shopping and it will be more pleasant and feels a little 'special

Today I bought, blush from KIKO,  eye shadow by Calvin Klein, hat (I'm preparing for Finland, if there's still cold and at least I will need it next winter), earrings and then I finally got the Moka on the picture. 

Dress Hunter

Tomorrow I'm going to Jumbo to do some shopping with my stepmom. I need to find a black dress for Saturday. I really hope I'll find something!

This is what I found from online, but unfortunately I won't have time to order dress, gotta go look for all the shops (and I know all of them aren't black, but still looking great!)

 

Poltetta selässä

Tänään oli ja on vieläkin taas kerran aivan ihana sää! Aamusta viestin terassilla kolme tuntia, kidutin itteäni suorassa auringon paisteessa ja nyt olo on sen mukanen! Selkä on aivan punanen, mut rajat on tullu näkyviin! Se on hyvä, tavallaan, vaikka on erittäin rumia, mut huomaa et on ruskettunu!!

Ja äsken otin pyörän esiin toista vai kolmatta kertaa ja läksin toiseen suuntaan, samalla kävin kipasemassa Conforamassa, paikka mistä löytyy melkein mitä vaa ja ei oo ees kovin pahan hintanen.

Huomenna ois tiedossa aikanen lähtö Roomaan, menen eksymään sinne. Tarkotus ois löytää yks kauppakeskus sieltä, mut kahtoo ny mitä tulee tapahtumaa : D Tuntu ainaki et sinne o iha suht helppo päästä metrolla ja sitte bussilla... mut en sano vielä mitää ennen ko oon oikeesti päässy sinne asti! 

The empty feeling

Today it hit and it did it in hard way. I'm feeling 'home sick', I need to get back home, to Italy. I still got month and 5 days to wait. Hopefully the time will fly. I still got so much to do before I'm ready to leave, but still the waiting is horrible.
 I talked with one of my Italian friend today, he told that he has been all the places I love in Foligno, I really miss those places and the lifestyle in Italy. People are so friendly and they actually are smiling! Smile and little happiness makes the day better :)

Memories <3

Most of the pictures in collage are from last December which we spent in Foligno. Can't forget that Christmas, the most weirdest and the best I've ever had for now on :) 

Also I did little shopping today. Now I really need to stop shopping! I have to save little money, have to see how's that going.

(Wedding) Dresses

Final project has given back and even in time! And now I have 11 weeks time to find a perfect dress for the graduation.

Actually I already have been looking for several dresses on internet, but no one of them are the one I really want. There some little details I don't like at all. Until I went to see wedding dresses! : D
I found the dress I want! Now I just need to go to the shop and try it, and if it fits on me well, I'll make an order.

Of course I will change the fabric and the color, so it won't look like a wedding dress (: First the thought of buying a wedding dress sounded weird, for the graduation party, but my step mom made me to think it again and she told me to change color and the fabric, so you can make it a chic cocktail dress ;)

12 Giorni e arrivo in Italia!

Okei, now there won't be so much time for the departure! Just 12 days, and before that is happening so much everything, so time will fly! Tomorrow I'm going on one info event to Opteam. It's for new workers and I need to bring some papers there, so I can start working, but I'll start working on January when I have come back to Finland.

So for tomorrow my shopping list would look something like this;

- Brush for dishes
- glögi (traditional finnish Christmas drink)
- Christmas pie dough and plum marmalade
- Baking sheet
- porridge rice

We're trying to have all the possible stuffs to Italy from here and take from home, so we'd save a bit more money. But I wanna have a Christmas tree there, but I think I have to get it from Foligno. My mom told me to take one from here. Small one of course and plastic, but let's see what I'm gonna do. But I do want the tree!

Oh, and today I found out that we have an exam tomorrow. I didn't know anything about it, but maybe it doesn't matter so much, cause I wouldn't bother to study anyway. I'm lazy student, just sleeping at school and won't do anything at home (:

Piercing jewlry

Tänää mie aattelin postata suomeks, varmaa saatan laittaa loppuu saman tekstin pätkän enkuksi. Mut on kiva välil kirjottaa jotai suomeks, eikä vaa englanniks (:

Tänää on ollu tosi turhan olonen päivä, ei mitää tekemistä ja ei voinu lähtiäkkä mihkä shoppailee tai mitää tollast, ko kaik paikat on kiinni.
 Mut sentää nettikaupat on ollu tänäänkin auki ;) Päädyin kahtelee lävistys koruja ja oisin niin halunnu tilailla vaikka mitä kivoja koruja tono napaa killumaa, mut onnistuin olla tilaamatta mitään! Oon ylpeä ittestäni : D Kerranki ko oon päättäny etten osta mitää, pidin miun lupauksen. Mut ehkä Joulun jälkee vois jotai pientä tilailla, jos sattuis tulee jotai kivoi alennuksia ja tarjouksia, joist ei si vaa voi välttyy.

Today I feel like my day has been totally wasted. I've got nothing to do entire day and I haven't been able to go anywhere, cause all the places are closed today, so no shopping or anything like that. It's some kind of holiday today.  But luckily online shopping is always an option ;) I end up to look belly button jewels and I would wanted to order so much everything for my belly button, but I didn't order anything! I'm so proud of myself : D At least once when I have decided to save money, I succeed. But maybe I could make an order after the Christmas, if there's some offers which I can't pass by ;)

Autumn Colors

My friend stayed over night here last night. We wanted to find something to do and we decided to bake a carrot cake! We had all the other ingredients expect sugar, so we had to go to buy it. We went to one shopping mall called Sello. We also did some other shopping too, clothes, and other outfits :) 


Below this text there's a picture of the carrot cake. I think it looks pretty delicious, but this time, the taste wasn't so good. Almonds on the decoration tasted a bit like plastic. Let's see who wants to eat it : D

CARROT CAKE

4 eggs
250 g of sugar
2 dl of oil
300 g of flour
3/4 ts of salt
3 ts of baking powder
2 ts of cinnamon
400 g of grated carrots
55 g of almond crumbs

Frosting

180 g of soft butter
250 g powdered sugar

200 g of Philadelphia

Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy and add oil. Mix all the dry ingredients, flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Pour to egg mixture and mix well. Add grated carrots to dough and mix smooth with mixer. Grease and flour the casserole. Pour the dough to the casserole and fry about 45mins in 180 Degrees (or as long as necessary).  The cake should rise high in a oven. Let the cake cool down before you move it to a plate.

While the cake is in the oven you can prepare the frosting. Whisk butter and powdered sugar, add Philadelphia and mix it smooth.

After the cake has cool down, pervade the frosting with a spatula on the cake and sides of it.  Decorate with almond crumbs

Also I was working on my nails today. I wanted to use some Autumn colors, so I ended up to orange with glitter. The nail polish today was O.P.I Goldilocks Rock. First I applied nail hardener and then one level of base coat and after that I applied Goldilocks Rocks nail polish. I finish the nails with top coat.

Autumn

Now the Autumn has really reached over Finland. Everything here has turned to yellow, red and brown.

About a week ago I went to Helsinki for shopping, and i actually found some clothes for Autumn (:
I bought a vest, scarf and also I got selfmade mittens!

 I also was looking for a new lip blam, and i found one from Dove. It's really nice, it makes your lips soft and it gives a nice color for your lips :)

Because of the Autumn, my Italian lessons has started, and today I have my third lesson, and i should go there. I could not wait to get there :) Even everything what we do there is way too easy, but I'm studying the book myself at home, and I'm just asking a bit help from the teacher, if I get some problems.

I went outside today, cause it was nearly first day without rain for a week. And I was in our garden, and i found some last flowers, nearly every other flowers has died already. I really wish next summer will come fast :) I miss sun and heat!
