Mansikka-Jugurtti Jäätelö

Teki ihan kauhiasti mieli makeaa, päätin tehä mansikka-jugurtti jäätelöö. Se o tosi nopeesti valmis ja helppo tehä ja parasta kaikesta se on hyvää ;)

Kävin tutustumassa tossa lähikaupassa, enkä muuten tuu enää ikinä käymää sielä muuten ko on pakko! Oneks ei tarvinu ostaa muutako turkkilaista jugurttia ha pakaste mansikoita.

Ainekset mitä tarvitset:

200g Turkkilaista jugurttia
500g pakaste mansikoita
2tl     vanijasokeria
         Sokeria oman mielen mukaa


Eli noi kaikki aineet vaan tehosekottimeen ja se on valmista! Mansikat tulee olla jäisiä kun ne lisätään, jotta siitä tulee tarpeeks jämäkkää

I wanted to have something sweet so badly, so I decided to do strawberry-joghurt ice cream. It's really quick, fast to prepare and the best of all is that it's delicious ;) 

I took a look to market which is really near and I will never ever go there again, only if it's must! Im happy I didn't need to buy anything else than turkish yoghurt and frozen strawberries. 

Ingredients you need: 

200g turkish yoghurt

500g frozen strawberries

2tsp  vanilla sugar

         white sugar how much you want

So just mix all the ingredients in a mixer and it's ready! Strawberries need to be frozen so it will be thick enough 

It's All About Ice Cream

Yesterday was Ice cream day. We did on our own ice cream, two different flavor, Banana which was really delicious! And melone, it was also delicious, but I preferred the banana ;)

We started with the melon ice cream and when we was starting to make the next one, we noticed that we don't have bananas enough, so I had to run to minimarket, which is near here and then we was able to continue the progress!  After two hours we had lot of delicious Ice cream... Mmmmm :3

...And It's ready! 

Ospedale di San Benedetto

Allora... Yesterday I went to visit at hospital because my shoulder, arm and hand was hurting so much. Previous night happened small kind of incident, but I'm not gonna tell more about it, it's not that important.

So about midd day I enter the hospital with the uncle of Mario, he just showed me a way there, cause he had to go to get some stuff. So I stayed there with the staff of the hospital, trying to communicate with them. I tried to speak english as much as possible, but at some point I noticed when I try to speak Italian people understands me better than in English.

They took an X-ray of my shoulder and hand, but luckily there wasn't any broken bones or anything serious, it's just hurting A LOT! And about an hour before I got home I was talking with one nurse who was from Foligno! : D That was surprising... and the face when I told I love Foligno : D

Now I have to wear a package on my hand for 10 days and let the entire arm rest for 10 days, but it's impossible, cause it's my right hand.

And in the evening I had to go to spend my last money on ice cream from my favorite Ice cream bar in San Benedetto. And of course I went to eat it to my favorite place here, sitting under the palm trees near the beach ;) <3   

I love Food

Tänään kerranki tein ihan kunnon ruokaa, tai siis yleensä oon nii laiska tekemää mitää kunnollsta, saatan keittää pastaa, mut en jaksa millää enää tehä mitää kastiketta siihen, joten syön sen yleensä sokerin kanssa. Ja tääl Italias oon oppinu syömää tomaattia, tai kon en vaa voi olla niin nirso mitä Suomessa oon. Oon iha varma et muutun takasi samallaiseks, jos joskus meen viel takasin sinne : D Mut oon oikeesti löytäny tääl aika paljon sellassei ruokei mistä oikeesti tykkään ja oon vaa kuvitellu, etten tykkää tosta. 

Toinen asia mitä oon oppinu juomaan täällä on olut! En tykkää siit hirveesti, mut jos ei oo mitää muuta mitä juoda ni kyl yks ainaki puolikas pikkupullo menee ales :) Mut mieluummin kyl juon jotai makiaa... kuten Bacardin Breezerit ;)

 Yks päivä kaupasta bongasin nuita söpöyksiä! Kokista 1,5dl tölkeissä, niitä mitä saa lentokoneista, ne tönöt on vaa jotai nii söpön kokosta ja kans noi pikkulasipullot! :3 Täält löytyy kaikkee kivaa kaupoista, tosin Italialaisille ne o iha normaaleja juttuja, mut ei tollassei Suomesta saanu ni pakko ottaa joka ikisestä mahollisesta jutsta kuva ;P 

Kaiken huippu on kaikki kinder- tuotteet ja NUTELLA! siitä ei oo ny kuvaa, mut sitä löytyy tuolt alakerrasta vielä vähän ko joku on mussuttanu sitä aika kovaa tahtii, ehkä kannattaa ny vähä rajottaa : D ettei koht tarvi iha hullun lailla raataa lenkillä ja uimassa ja kaikkee muuta urheilua, mistä en tykkää sitte yhtää (: 

A Hotty Day!

In a morning I really slept till late! I catch a breakfast cappuccino and some yoghurt and then I left to look for the postoffice. And I finally got send two cards witch I was suppose to send a week ago, but it's better late than never ;)

When I arrived home I went to the balcony to get some tan, and now I got light lines! they will be even better, if I have time to lay under the sun tomorrow!

Also today I kept English lesson for Mario and actually it was pretty fun! okei, I was suppose to do it for one hour, but we had little less than that, but we had to catch the bus for the ice cream and Mario wanted to go to Via Roma to Gamestop, to buy 'Skylander'. I'm so exited! ;o

And after the gamestop, we did a visit for the church. We lighted 4 candles for Mario's Grandfather and some other people, I quite didn't undertand... but some relatives who has passed away before he was eve born.
The church was really beautiful and it was really nice to visit there, even I'm not religious at all. Best of all of the church was that it was chill, no heat!

Troppo dolci!

I survived home from Foligno, even thought I almost took a wrong train in Terni : D The weekend was great and a bit sad to go back to home, but when I arrived home, it felt goot! I can't decided where I wanna be, cause at least these two place has become really dear to me!!

And in the afternoon I had to take Mario to the basket and it went pretty well, i mean traveling with a buss! At least once and when we went back home, one of Mario's friend's mom gave us a ride home (:

In the evening we went for ice cream with Mario and host dad. Troppo dolci! My host dad bought me first ice cream and then I got a small glass of Gratine or something like that, I can't remember the name correctly, for free and then we watched the football, Italy vs. Ireland and at some point I got something more, I even don't know what it was, but now I'm too full and feeling a bit bad cause so much of sweet stuff : D

Kuvat on erittäin huonolaatusia, kon on otettu pimiässä ja Iphonella, mut kivempi et on silti ees jotain kuvei! (: 

Eilistä ja tätä päivää

Eilen oli aivan ihana keväinen päivä. Aurinko paisto ja oli lämmintä! Ehkä se kevät alkaa lämpenemää kohta :)
Mut tosin se aurinko katos jo ennen tätä päivää, mut toivottavasti tulee pian takasin.

Ja eilen tuli miun toinen tilaus Hong Kongista. Ostin uuden, pinkin lataus johdon Iphonelle, se on ihana! Ihanan kirkkaan värinen. MI PIACE TANTO!
(Ja oli pakko laittaa uutta tilausta tulemaa, ehkä tän jälkee vähä rajottelen näit tilauksia) Mut sielt löytyy niin paljon kaikkee kivaa!!

Tää päivä ei oo ollu niin loistelias, mut pitäähä sitä vähä tasapainottavaaki olla, ettei kaikki oo ko elokuvasta. Elikkäs menin kouluu ja en kestäny olla siellä ja päästin pienen valitusvirren maikalle, päästin vaan kaiken ulos, ko tuntuu et kaikki valittaa ihan kaikesta nykyää, mikään ei oo hyvä. Joha se maikka alko rauhotteleen ja sanos et on miu portfolio ihan hyvä ja saan kurssin sillä läpi : D

Ja sitte ko kotia pääsin ni oli ihan kamala olo! Vatsatauti varmaankin, käväsin lääkärissä hakemassa saikkua ja sainki, mut sitte töistä, miu työnantaja alko valittamaa, että tein sen väärässä järjestyksessä, ko soitin eka työpaikalle, enkä opteamin toimistoo (tällä hetkellä oon siis vuokrafirman kautta töissä) no mut sain asian kuiteski hoidettuun... Ja lopuks päivän pelasti pakkasesta löytyny Ben & Jerry's Strawberry Cheese cake- jäätelö, tosin en uskaltanu sitä hirveesti syyä, sen että vähä maistoin :)

Gelato Italiano ;)

Allora, I haven't tried this yet, but I will. I was just "reading" my Ice cream book which I bought from Rome last  December. I haven't even opened the book before last night and I started to miss delicious Italian ice cream, so I decided to try out some of the recipes and I end up for pistachio ice cream!
One of my favorite ice cream flavor in Central bar.

Now I just have to go to the market and buy everything needed. I translated the recipe from Italian to Finnish, it was so difficult to find correct Finnish words! I need to take some Finnish lessons! : D

And here's the receipt (I don't guarantee it will be delicious, but I will try ;)

Gelato al pistacchio

600ml of cream
5 egg yolk
115g of sugar
225g  of pistachios with shells
a bit of almond crushed grain
a bit of vanilla

Bring the cream to a boil and let it cool down for little while. Beat the eggs and sugar until smooth foam.
Add the cool down cream carefully to the mixture.

Cook the ice cream liquid in a double boiler until it won't create a skin on the top. Take the liquid off from stove and let it cool down completely.

Boil the pistachios with shells about 5 mins and then peel them. Crush nuts in a blender and mix with almond crumbs and vanilla.
Add the mixture of nuts and vanilla to a ice cream liquid and when it's chilled pour it to a ice cream machine.

Let the liquid work out until it's freezing. Transfer the ice cream to other bowl which stands freezer. Let it be in a freezer at least 15 mins before serving.
(when the ice cream is ready it lasts one month in the freezer)
