Hangover Thursday

Eilen oli taas yhet partyt, Halloween ko oli, ni kerranki oli jottai elämää tääl pikkukaupungis keskellä viikkoo. Ja tänää ollaa vietetty hangover-päivää. Kahtelin leffaa ja si oon vaa syöny.

Leffa mitä katoin oli muuten ihan kamala. Final Destination 5. Kaikki final destinationit on iha samallaisia, kaik menee samaa kaavaa, mut niist on tehty iha kamalia niistä kohtauksista missä ne ihmiset kuolee. Pakko kahtoo sitä aina välillä tyynyn takkaa!

Aamulla, tai no iltapäivällä käytiin ennen ko kaveri läksi takasi Perugiaan 'aamupalalla' yhessä baarissa. Ja kon kaveri oli läksiny junan mukana ja mie pääsin kotia ni kaveri oli tuonu kaikkee kivaa juotavaa töistä !

Eilistä ja tätä päivää

Eilen oli aivan ihana keväinen päivä. Aurinko paisto ja oli lämmintä! Ehkä se kevät alkaa lämpenemää kohta :)
Mut tosin se aurinko katos jo ennen tätä päivää, mut toivottavasti tulee pian takasin.

Ja eilen tuli miun toinen tilaus Hong Kongista. Ostin uuden, pinkin lataus johdon Iphonelle, se on ihana! Ihanan kirkkaan värinen. MI PIACE TANTO!
(Ja oli pakko laittaa uutta tilausta tulemaa, ehkä tän jälkee vähä rajottelen näit tilauksia) Mut sielt löytyy niin paljon kaikkee kivaa!!

Tää päivä ei oo ollu niin loistelias, mut pitäähä sitä vähä tasapainottavaaki olla, ettei kaikki oo ko elokuvasta. Elikkäs menin kouluu ja en kestäny olla siellä ja päästin pienen valitusvirren maikalle, päästin vaan kaiken ulos, ko tuntuu et kaikki valittaa ihan kaikesta nykyää, mikään ei oo hyvä. Joha se maikka alko rauhotteleen ja sanos et on miu portfolio ihan hyvä ja saan kurssin sillä läpi : D

Ja sitte ko kotia pääsin ni oli ihan kamala olo! Vatsatauti varmaankin, käväsin lääkärissä hakemassa saikkua ja sainki, mut sitte töistä, miu työnantaja alko valittamaa, että tein sen väärässä järjestyksessä, ko soitin eka työpaikalle, enkä opteamin toimistoo (tällä hetkellä oon siis vuokrafirman kautta töissä) no mut sain asian kuiteski hoidettuun... Ja lopuks päivän pelasti pakkasesta löytyny Ben & Jerry's Strawberry Cheese cake- jäätelö, tosin en uskaltanu sitä hirveesti syyä, sen että vähä maistoin :)

No title for this post

It's been so boring and lazy day. Well I've been feeling like everyday has been boring and I really haven't been doing anything during the day. I'm at school only on Wednesdays and just for 3 hours. First this sounded awesome and great, but now I'm just sleeping and doing nothing everyday... I'm getting bored for that.
I have to find something awesome and cool things!

So now I'm trying to do something during these days to spend at home. Well I'm working and I should be atm in Italian lesson, but I was way too tired... or rather lazy to go there.

But I'm gonna add something cute on this post ;)

Oh, and Happy Women's day for all the women!!

Days with Italians

Few past day has been spent with Italian students from Foligno. We have been doing little bit stuffs with them and ´without them (:

1° Giorno
The fist day went well, we played with some games where we got to know each other little bit. With us was those Italians, Estonian students and also some Finnish students who are going to a exchange to Estonia.
We had a dinner where the students are living and in the evening we went to home. We didn't get much time to spend with them, cause first of all, Italians were 1,5 hours late. Well, that's normal for Italians, we were totally forgot that, but now we know to prepare for that ;)

2° Giorni

Wednesday morning we wen't to bakery class with Italians. We baked karelian pasties and korvapuusties : D And then we introduced them to our school's bar class. We did margarita and some other cocktails and let them drink/taste them, that's our school ! I think making drinks is the best part of our school ;D
On the evening we tried to get contact to Italians, but they wanted to go to home and sleep. So we made a little group of our friends and we went to drink and eat something and of course talking & having fun! (:

3° Giorni, 1st of December...

Yeah... today was really  unusual day. We went to beach with Italianos. The principle of the Italian school likes sauna and swimming so much, so he wanted to go to beach ON DECEMBER O.O well anyway, our international coordinator was made a reservation for us to sauna, we went there and almost all the Italians went to swim. The water was freezing! I stayed on ground and I was just taking photos of them ;) But in the end we got coffee/tea/hot chocolate or soda and one korvapuusti (:
 Tomorrow there should be a Helsinki tour, Awesome! I don't know anything about any sightseeing in Helsinki, well few places... but I'm gonna tell later, on weekend how it passed by : D And maybe some pics from there :)

Ricetta di panna cotta

Yesterday evening I made panna cotta and let it congeal over the night. The recipe said it should be in fridge about 5 hours. And now little while I ago I came home from school and decided to taste my panna cotta.
At least the color was good this time, not green like last time I tried panna cotta. And I didn't use the same recipe, I mixed up two different recipe which I found on internet.
Also I decided to make a red dressing for it. Strawberries or raspberries... I found strawberries (from freezer)
I really don't know what I did. I just melted them and added some kind of jelly sugar cause I didn't find any gelatin powder or anything like that. I didn't have much strawberries so I added little strawberry liquor to make little more dressing. and it was done : D I actually liked that dressing :)

Ricetta di panna cotta

100g of powdered sugar 

5dl of cream

3tsp of vanilla sugar / 1 vanilla

3 gelatin sheets 

Fill a small bowl with cold water and let the gelatin sheets be there around 5mins. And now measure all the ingredients to a kettle and heat them, but do not boil. After the 5 mins take the gelatin sheets and squeeze over left water and add to the kettle. Mix well and pour panna cotta to 6 small or 3 big dish. 

Let congeal in fridge 5-7 hours

And if you want you can make a dressing for panna cotta using different berries or fruits you like :) 

The Unlucky Day

When i woke up today, I thought it's gonna be a good day, but it was the opposite.
Today was pretty important day, cause my teachers at my trainee place judged me how have I learned everything and how I work.
  So I went to school and i had to print one document for that, I did it, but at some point my teacher came to ask what is that paper which I have printed. It wasn't correct document, then I found out that I have never done the right document. And after I had solved this problem everything was fine, at least for now.
  After some hours we were opened the lunch I got my first customers... well i got 3 table at the same time, and It was really busy, and some of the customers had to little wait and because of that my teacher yelled at me all the time and was complaining (well he's doing that always, but now he did it more than normally) In the end I was able to serve everyone and they we're happy (Until they find out what I've done)
  Sooo... I kinda mixed up the tables and the bills, but I'm happy we were able to fix that, even the customers were left already, when I found this out. Rest of the day went well till 4 p.m. I was suppose to go home at 3 p.m . But I had to stay there for little longer, 1,5 hours longer... The teacher said he'll come soon to talk to me and while he's gone I have to check everything's ok at the restaurant. There wasn't anything to do and I decided to check my schedule for tomorrow... THEN i saw that I have come to work an hour earlier than I was supposed today. So I spent 2,5 extra hours there... This wasn't even the end of this crappy day.
I was at home around 5.30 p.m. And I tried to set the security alarm off, but it refuse to work, something happy happened, I got it work and I was able to set the security alarm off, but I nearly got security guys to my house. So glad that didn't happen, it would cost 60€ because it would been for nothing.
  I had to leave for a Italian class in 30 mins and I tried to rush, but my lucky day.... I was late a bit, and rushed to the bus stop, and on the half way I realized I'm on my way to wrong bus stop, so I had to turn around and try to get to the right bus stop at time, I almost did it! But then I heard bus came and it passed me.... Ciao Ciao bus! It was even raining all the time I waited the bus, but after a little while I was sat in the bus, it stopped... How I love Autumn. I waited next 30 mins new bus and fortunately I wasn't so late from my lesson :)


P.s. I think i shouldn't have miss my morning coffee this morning, but maybe tomorrow's better day and It's FIRDAY! Party party party ;)
